✓ The shelf life of the order at the pickup point is 2 days from the date of ordering.

✓ Departure on the same day if paid before 17:00.

✓ Delivery of the order is made according to the tariffs of the transport company.

✓ After placing the order, the number of the consignment note (TTN) is sent via SMS.

✓ You can also see the TTN number in the order history in your personal account.

✓ Orders, the total value of which is less than UAH 200, are not sent by cash on delivery - such orders can be sent only after full prepayment, the details for payment are provided to the client by the store manager.

✓Delivery of orders in Kiev is carried out by courier from Monday to Saturday from 11:00 to 18:00.

✓ Orders placed and confirmed before 13:00 are delivered on the day of order. After 13:00 - the next day.
