It is possible to return or exchange goods within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
Warranty periods for goods:
Products that do not contain batteries - 1 month from the date of purchase;
Products with a battery - 2 weeks from the date of purchase;
Mobile accessories (covers, straps, cases) and cables - 2 weeks from the date of purchase;
Protective glasses and films - 2 weeks from the date of purchase.
To obtain warranty service, you must:
Contact the store and notify the manager by telephone about the malfunction and the need for a warranty.
The product must be purchased from the MFIX shop
Bring or deliver goods to the store by courier service on your own.
* When sending by mail, be sure to pack the items in their original box! Shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Products not covered by the warranty:
The product has damage caused by the client, or caused by negligence, storage or use (mechanical stress, ingress of liquid, etc.)
Goods with traces of natural wear and tear (depletion of its resource);
Goods damaged as a result of natural disasters (natural phenomena);
Goods whose damage is caused by improper connection to the power supply or power surges;
Goods, the damage of which is caused by the use of the goods for other purposes or in violation of the rules of operation;
The warranty does not apply to goods purchased for promotions, discounts, etc.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING GOODS
1. Shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer;
2. Unsuitable goods can be returned within 14 days if the presentation of the packaging and the goods themselves are preserved;
3. Products with a markdown: can not be returned or exchanged.
1. The packaging of the goods is not damaged, the goods have a complete set;
2. The product has no traces of use, which may be:
- Abrasions and dirt on the outside and inside;
- Mechanical damage;
- Removing the protective layer (film) from surfaces.
